Abstract: Volumetric soil water content was measured at four locations in the Coweeta Basin across a range of elevations. At each location, soil water content was measured from 0 to 30 cm and from 30 to 60 cm. In addition, air temperature was measured at 100 cm height and soil temperature was measured at 5 and 20 cm depth. Data are output at both hourly and daily time scales.

Methods/Experimental Design: See Abstract above.

Equipment used: Campbell CR10 datalogger; Campbell CS615 soil moisture sensor; Omega type T 24 gauge thermocouple sensors

For hourly data, data are averaged hourly.
For daily data, maximum and minimum values for the previous 24 hours are included.

Please see the following linked documents regarding Quality Assurance / Quality Control procedures and findings.
Sampling Frequency: Data are collected every 60 seconds, averaged every 60 minutes, and output hourly and daily.
